LEVEL OF SERVICE

It is our hope and aim to maintain normal levels of service as much as possible. Currently our dealerships remain open for business; we are still offering service and repair work, as well as new and used car sales. However, please refer to our dealer locator for the very latest information regarding specific dealerships’ status and opening times. We are fully complying with the latest advice from the Saudi Government, so certain dealerships may be operating with reduced resources due to self-isolation procedures. Our dealerships in Riyadh, Mecca & Madina will be operating from 9am to 2pm until further notice.




VISITING A DEALERSHIP

In accordance with the latest guidance, we have instructed our staff to keep a safe distance and refrain from handshakes. So expect a wave and a friendly smile instead! Please bring a bottle of water with you, as we may be unable to offer refreshments as we normally would. We do however have plenty of hand-sanitiser and hand-washing facilities for you to use.




SERVICE & MAINTENANCE

We would like to ensure you while your vehicle is in our care, our dealerships are committed to the following  safety and hygiene procedures:

All staff members commit to regular temperature checks, handwashing and use of hand sanitizers. Our technicians wear disposable gloves and apply disposable car-seat, steering wheel and gear knob protectors during each visit. Contactless drop off may be possible at some of our sites so please discuss when making your booking.


FREE DOOR TO DOOR & STERILIZATION SERVICE


We are proud to offer you an exclusive and unique service designed to ensure the wellbeing of both yourself and the people you love.


Our Door-To-Door Service gives you the assurance of having your vehicle picked up from a location of your choice for servicing by our professionals before being delivered back to your doorstep, so you don’t need to leave your home.


As an added precautionary measure, our Team will sterilize your car before and after your vehicle is serviced, giving you true peace of mind.

WARRANTY

If your vehicle is still in the warranty period under normal conditions your vehicle should always be serviced in line with the service schedule to maintain its warranty. We understand that this might prove difficult over the coming weeks and therefore as a manufacturer we will show flexibility regarding these regulations.
